Q1:Are the materials of Blisquet toys safe?
All products are made of maternal and infant grade environmentally friendly materials:
- Food grade silicone:FDA certified, high temperature resistant (can be boiled and sterilized), soft and drop-resistant, suitable for oral babies to chew.
- Natural logs: FSC-certified imported beech wood is selected, using plant-based water-based paint, zero formaldehyde, no heavy metal residue.
- Textiles: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, does not contain fluorescent agents and allergenic dyes.
Q2:Have the toys passed international safety certification?
Blisquet's full range of products meets the following standards:
- EU EN71 (physical safety, chemical migration, flame retardancy)
- US ASTM F963 (mechanical properties, toxicity testing)

Each batch of products is accompanied by a test report, and the quality inspection number can be checked on the official website.
Q3:How to avoid the risk of swallowing small parts?
- Toys for children under 36 months old all adopt "integrated design" or "anti-swallowing structure" (such as building block diameter > 4.5cm).

All detachable parts have passed the "tensile test" (must withstand a tensile force of more than 90N without falling off) and are equipped with detailed age-specific labels.

Q4:How to choose toys according to the age of the baby?
Blisquet launched the "Graded Growth System", which is classified by developmental stage:
- 0-6 months: sensory enlightenment (such as black and white cards, rattles, touch balls).
- 6-12 months: fine motor training (such as beads, press-to-sound toys).

Q5:How to clean and disinfect toys?
- Silicone/Plastic: Boil in boiling water for 3 minutes or treat in a steam sterilizer.
- Wooden: Wipe with a damp cloth and dry in the shade, avoid exposure to the sun or soaking.

Textiles: Hang to dry after hand washing, and it is recommended to use a neutral detergent.

- All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
Q10: HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
- Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".
Q11: CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
- Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
Q12: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
- The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
