Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Blisquet, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return or refund according to the return and refund policy below.

1. Return conditions

You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used and is in its original packaging and tags.
  • The product is not damaged and has not been tampered with.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, email or invoice) is required.

Some special products (such as personalized products, promotional products or hygiene products) cannot be returned. Please refer to the product page for details.

2. Return process

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

Contact customer service: Please send an email to support@blisquet.com to submit a return request and provide order details.

Wait for confirmation: Our customer service team will review your return request within 2 business days and provide a return address and detailed instructions.

Returning the item: Please send the item back to the return address we provide and keep the logistics tracking number.

Return confirmation: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or replacement request within 5 working days.

3. Refund policy

The refund method depends on your original payment method:

Credit/debit card payment: The refund will be returned to the original payment account within 5-10 working days.

E-wallet payment: The refund will be completed within 3-5 working days.

Bank transfer: The refund will be returned to your bank account within 7-14 working days.

The refund amount does not include the original shipping cost (unless it is due to product quality problems or wrong goods).

4. Exchange policy

If you want to exchange the product, please contact customer service. The exchange must meet the return conditions and will be processed according to stock availability.

5. Return shipping cost

If the return is due to quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the return shipping cost.

If you return the product for personal reasons (such as not liking it or buying the wrong product), the return shipping fee must be borne by the buyer.

6. Special circumstances

The following circumstances may affect your refund:

  • The returned product is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the return requirements.
  • Overdue return application (more than 30 days).
  • The return is not sent back according to the instructions.
